Our recent stay at this resort was a mix of highs and lows. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a stunning view of the surroundings. However, the service left much to be desired, especially in how the billing was handled. Additionally, the noise levels at night from events were quite disruptive. Overall, while the room quality was good, improvements in guest handling and management are needed.
